Planet42 very sly

I bought a car through planet42 on a rent to buy option. It is a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T. I got the car on 11 August 2023. I drove the car one week, less than 300km, then it broke down. It doesn't even start. According to the workshop, the repair cost will exceed the retail value of the vehicle as there had been tampered with the wiring of the vehicle and most of the sensors have been bypassed. The vehicle has 1year warranty and insurance but I am not receiving any assistance from planet42. I even gave them an option either to repair the vehicle to 100% condition, or to cancel my rental contract with immediate effect. I stopped paying them all together as I thought maybe they will react quicker as to either repair or collect the vehicle. All they keep telling me is I will be penalized upon cancelation and they want the installments that are in arrears. But as this is a rent to buy deal, I refuse to pay for something I don't have or can't use. I tried contacting the warranty company, but found no joy either. Stay away from planet42, they only want your money, there's no client service what so ever
