Planet42 - Unfair Trading Practise

I logged a complaint last month to say this company has listed me on ITC as being in arrears, where in fact, for two years, I have not missed one debit order. Ever. They promised to resolve but have still not done a thing. This adverse credit listing has affected my job in financial services and critically damaged my reputation. And with no reason at all. Shocking abysmal service from Bianca, Themba, Thandi and Julius Azraa. Despite promises to remove and resolve, nothing has been done.
