Planet42 Sucks!!!!
I hate the day I approach Planet42. I have a terrible experience with them. I've paid up my account they have only one job, to up date my name on credit bureau. It's been over 3 months now. They said they sent update to credit bureau but when I called TransUnion they said Planet42 didn't sent any update on my name since last year August. I've settled the account in November. I'm trying to fix my credit profile I'm stuck with Planet42. Given a chance I will never consider Planet42. I hate them.

Kindly note once we have closed your account with Planet42 and have cancelled the debit order. Please note that we submit the updated credit profiles once a month and the credit bureaus may take up to 2 months to clear the credit profile.
Please note you will need to follow up with the credit bureaus to ensure that they update your credit profile as these are external factors we can not control as we have done our obligation.
