Rented vehicle broke down 2-3 months in to the agreement. 5 months without being repaired and planet42 could not care less. 4 months I paid without the use of the vehicle. I was simply told. You will not get the payments back for the time you did not have use of the vehicle. They have no humanity towards their customers. They just collect payments, the rest is not their concern. I was not at fault here. My vehicle broke down within its warranty time and they took 5+months to fix a head gasket and it was not fixed. I lost my job because I did not have reliable transport anymore, but to planet42, this is none of their concern.
