Planet42 Running Dry

I've been seeing all the responses to my complaints, but no attempt to call me, even though they claimed to have done so, but I see I am not the only one, that they have conveniently claimed to call without getting a response. The amount of bad service claims on Hello Peter warrants for this company to be shut down. I have been complaining since 21 July and my refund has still not been paid back to me. I keep on getting emails saying that my query has been escalated and the refund will be paid, first within 48 hours on 24 July, then on 28 July, that my refund will be paid by 1 August, then on 2 August I get another mail saying 7 working days. So I guess, that Planet42 is officially bankrupt. If they cannot even refund my measely R6455, nevermind all the unnecessary bank charges that i have incurred... How on earth are they still in business. Surely the MIOSA has to intervene at some point.
