Planet42 Rent to Own - Urgent attention needed

Received motor vehicle last week Friday. On Monday we took the car to Springs workshop because of the following faults: * lights not working * clutch * menu control for the date etc * noise while driving Only feedback was..... Can not adjust clutch as it is a hy****ic clutch - the rest they did not fix or try to fix - I have to sort it out via Warrantee option. I mean it was day 4 and they did not assist. On Wednesday the wheelcaps fell off ? After a noise coming from inside the bonnet - the light fitting front right headlight loose - so that if we did not fasten it with cable ties that whole headlight will fall out ? So again I contacted Planet42 with absolutely no help. * wheels on the car is 15" - my spare wheel given yo us is a 13" They just send me the contact number to claim it from the warrantee? This is/was still under the cooling-off period- come on guys is this how you do business ? Even the after services is a let down. Please I need someone to assist with the correct manner
