Planet42 poor customer service

Contract terminated in June and termination fee of 1 month rental subscription was paid a day after returning the vehicle. 30 July I receive an sms from Palnet42 that I owe them money. I called in to find out what the issue is and I was told that they will investigate. These people are pulling all tricks to milk their clients since they are undergoing liquidation.
