Planet42 Please Update My Profile
I have settled my account through Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys in November 15th... I received the paid up letter from them but up to far my credit profile is not updated... I've been sending emails they promised to update but still nothing is happening... Please I just want you to update my profile and respond to my emails... Even Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys is not responding my emails while they also promised to remove or update my profile within two weeks... I have an email to prove they promise me that.. Please update my profile.

Kindly note once we have closed your account with Planet42 and have cancelled the debit order.
Please note that we submit the updated credit profiles once a month and the credit bureaus may take up to 2 months to clear the credit profile.
Please note you will need to follow up with the credit bureaus to ensure that they update your credit profile.

It's been over two months now. I've contacted TransUnion last year December they said you have not yet sent any update to them they won't be able to update my credit profile... Please update the account
