Planet42 Pathetic service

I bought a vehicle at a dealership in August 2022. I picked it up on 26 August 2022arpund 09:00. After driving around 60 km the vehicle overheated and blew a gasket. The vehicle where fetched from my house by the dealership. I waited 5 weeks for the car. I drove it for 2 months and the same happened. The car was towed to the dealership workshop[ on 29 November 2022. To date I have not receive the car back and apparently it's irreparable. I've been paying all the while with one payment that was refunded to ,r by planet 42. I have send them numerous messages both on email and WhatsApp to cancel this deal which is within my right in terms of the contract. The response and communication from both planet42 and the dealership is absolutely pathetic. I have np other option then to make plans to stop payment to them, hoping that they will eventually assist me with my request. Not even 1 star ⭐ service rating for both planet42 and the dealership from my side
