Planet42 No-Response!

After enquiring on a vehicle and approval granted. I collected my vehicle expecting to pay R1k deposit - which the sales lady failed to mention. My agreement subsequently ended and my account paid up - After numerous attempts, Planet42 is yet to update my credit status hindering my ability to purchase a new vehicle - accounts department claim that they aren't able to assist and simply no response from ***. Seriously!!
