Planet42 No customer satisfaction

It is sad to say that since I started with Planet42 I had nothing but problems: 1. The car I was sold had issues from the time I drove off with it. 2. Clement and Moses has no customer or people skills to assist or answer calls and messages. 3. The vehicle I bought has been written off due to the engine having burnt and to date I have to follow up all the time for updates then my mails do not get answered by Keith who is constantly away or off from work. 4. My deal needs to be cancelled in order to avoid the next payment to be deducted for a vehicle I don't have and a refund is to come back but again there is NO urgency to assist me. How can Planet42 do such false advertising when they cant maintain or satisfy their current client base. All I want is to cancel my current contract and do a new deal on a reliable car..... :-(
