Planet42 must be shutdown or John must be fired he sells us unserviced and road unwealthy cars

Azraa called me on Thursday 28th September evening after I complained on this platform and promised to call me back for feedback on Friday 29th September at 10:00 and till today I didn't receive any feedback or help from anyone. Planet 42 lies and they sell people cars which are not serviced and still lies about it and promise people lies which that to me is *****. Because if you say the car is serviced but don't have proof and convince me that it was but the coolant disappears within 2days of being filled and the fan belt is cracked, old and snaps in less than 2weeks driving it, then pin it on me as the owner and says I must take the car for full service even when I just bought the car 2months ago. Now all I want is to cancel the car rental coz what am I paying the car for? They almost killed me twice and they don't even have empathy and John in warranty their senior is just so rude and treats me like a fool and Jerome keeps on trying to help me but gets stuck coz he is the sales manager.

The whatsapp number they gave me for communication is always saying no agents available. The cars has 1month in the workshop which i am also s**** they will want me to pay for its storage, still not fixed
