Planet42 ,M.E Finger BMW F20

Dear Peter ,I am referring to the complaint I launched to Planet 42 last year about not being adhering to their contract (Warranty).now after 3 months of none payment they are recalling a car ,that I rent to buy and it was faulty and I returned it to the dealer ,and it came back after a month still not fixed yet they deducted rental fee for that month .6 month the car not driving still broken I launched a claim and they claimed they tried to reach me ,till they received a complain via Hello Peter and still never asked for a car to be fixed .In the total of 18 payments totaling to R180 000,00. exceeding the car Price of R120 000,00. the car only drove for 11 months. this Car Rental was a very Unpleasant experience. I find Planet 42 unfair ,particularly for a fact that I had made them aware initially that the car was a problem from the beginning.
