Planet42 making ******* enquiries under **** name "Carget"

Planet42 made an ******* enquiry on my credit record under a false name Carget, so they don't get caught! After checking the pdf of my credit record and baffled as to what the Carget enquiry was, I spotted the contact number saved next to the enquiry, when I saved the number so I could contact them, I see the profile was for Planet42 recoveries. I've never given this company permission to access my details and now this ******* action is negatively impacting my credit score. I'm very upset!
