Planet42 Joke

I opted in for a rent to own vehicle from Planet42 - paid my instalment on time every time. I was later involved in an accident whereby the car was written off - insurance settled the claim and I paid the excess that was due. However, now that I am trying to purchase another vehicle, I can't because Planet42 has not updated my credit records and still reflects on my credit score which now means that I will be over indebted. I did receive a "paid up" letter and have waited the 60 days that I needed to no avail. Seriously!!! I have phoned and emailed regularly with not even a response. Hopefully by posting on this platform something might happen.
