Planet42 Is Trash!!!

I got a car from them on the 15th of August, friendly service in the beginning. Within day 4my car was faulty and they told me to pay for my car to be checked by a RMI registered workshop although it's not fault.I still haven't received my vehicle disc,the sales guy Howard is brushing me off to a non responsive customer service department and I am now trapped with a faulty car and have to pay R6200.by the 15th of September. I regret getting into bed with Planet42 shame. I advise against people taking cars with them😤😤😤😠😠😠
