Planet42 is the worst

I have complained about Planet42 before. Their service is the absolute worst. The car that I received from them gave me some much problems that I gave it back to them a number of months ago. In the meantime, they keep bothering me with demands to pay. I have since reported them to the Ombudsman. They have, however, ignored even the Ombudsman requests for their side of the story. Planet42 has no respect from anyone, myself as a customer, or the Ombudsman. They have now, out of the blue, decided to deduct money from my account. the debit order was supposed to be stopped when I gave back the car, but Planet42 did not do that. They just deduct when they want to, even though I do not have the car anymore. I have never experienced such an arrogant company that obviously think they can do whatever they want. Their service is the worst that I have ever experienced from any company. I am writing this review on Hellopeter because I know, from bitter experience, that they will not even read my e-mails. They just ignore me as they are ignoring the Ombudsman. My next step now is to write about my experience on social media. I am not going to let this rest. I have had enough.
