Planet42 is just bad business

I have written a review about Planet42 on 16 September 2024. I have told how badly Planet42 treats it customers. Surprisingly, on 17 September 2024, I have received a response from Planet42, saying how they apologizes for the inconvenience and that they have escalated my complaint to senior management "for thorough investigation and resolution". When I read their response, I was convinced that that will be the last that I will hear of them. And I was correct. To date, they have been silent. I do realize that 17 September is only a week ago. However, if I were in their shoes, I would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. But they have ignored my complaints since I signed a contract with them months ago. I suppose i should not be surprised that they are still ignoring my complaints.
