Planet42 is giving me a raw deal.
I took a car from them, it gave problems from the very first day. I asked them repeat to change it for me. There was a month I had to pay someone to borrow me a car for work just because they took my car in for repairs.
Right now it's broken again. They are refusing to repair it yet it is still under 6 months warranty. They are telling me to fix it myself.

Planet 42 is not an FSP but a car hire subscription who offers customers an opportunity to acquire vehicle financing . We allow customers to choose the vehicle of their choice from the dealership of their choice and we only purchase the vehicle on their behalf.
We do expect that you as the customer will fully inspect the vehicle prior to accepting delivery of the vehicle and signing the contract.
Should you encounter any vehicle related issues ,these need to be raised and taken up with the dealership. We do however also assist with reaching out to the dealership to assist with any of the customer's concerns and any other additional assistance where necessary.
Please be advised that all of our vehicles come with a mechanical warranty. The warranty however does not cover everything as it is meant to assist the customer in a time of need.
