Planet42 incompetence and poor communication

I had requested in June that my contract with Planet42 must be cancelled and the vehicle be taken away, but even to date nothing is happening. On 10 August, they asked for my address and my contact number which I provided immediately upon receiving their e-mail and today is the 17th of August and the vehicle is still not taken.

Now, the worst has happened. When I left for work yesterday morning, I found the vehicle being broken into and a few things ****** from it. I cannot live with this stress of having sleepless nights, worried about what's going to happen next to the car when I had requested a long time ago that it must be taken away. The next thing I'll be required to pay for the damages to the car that was supposed to have left my hands a long time ago and unfortunately I won't be able to take that responsibility upon myself after requesting for so long that this car be taken. Now I have to take time off my working day and rush to the police station to report this, it's draining me. I cannot sleep worried about that car, it doesn't give me any peace of mind.

Can you please come and take this vehicle as soon as possible before more damages are done to it, I am begging you. It
