good day i rented a car KIA picanto from planet42 menlyn branch 22 December 2023 and dropped it off at my place on the same day 22 dec 2023 then went home Limpopo for holidays when i came back in January 2024 drove it to work and i got stopped by JMPD said the disc expired then i contacted planet42 they responded and said i must take the car to road worthy then go get the disc then i went to road worthy the car failed that made me upset and i contacted planet42 they said i must bring the car they will sort it out, dropped off the car when i made a follow up they said the car is at workshop and provided me with the contact details of the place then i decided to follow up with workshop they responded and said they never received the car and they are not a workshop so planet42 **** to me worse they debited my account for a car that is not road worthy and not in my position i still dont have a car its been 3weeks when i ask them to cancel my contract and refund my deposit they say I'm liable for payment while the car is not in my position.
