Planet42 Double Payment Deduction

I was so happy with Planet42's service. Been renting from the for over a year now. This month they deducted double my rental and their monthly rentals are very high. I really cannot afford it to be deducted twice. It was deducted 31 January again and now it is 5 February 2024, still no refund. I have to waiste my airtime again with the third call to Plane42. Been sitting the whole weekend without money, cannot even drive to work today. I will rather return the car to Planet if it continues like this. ***
