Planet42 did not refund

Planet42 advised that they will refund me within 7 working days for the payment that was deducted via debit order after my car was settled. They unfortunately did not pay me within 7 working days. Reference ***

Please be advised that we have tried calling you; however, our attempts were unsuccessful.

Kindly be advised that we have sent an email stating that we have reached the 5th working day in the refund process.
Please refer to the email where the query raised has been addressed.
