Planet42 contract ended, but still issues with my account.

After numerous phone calls and emails, I am still not delivered with the following:

1. Cancellation of my debit order 2. Removal of my account at the credit buro.

This was asked for in the beginning of April 2025. I went to the Menlyn branch and was assisted. But when you phone your consultants takes up to an hour to pick up the call. You deactivated the Whatsapp number and emails does not get answered. I also received SMS stating I owe your company money.

When I took the car back I wanted to give you a higher rating. Till this is sort my rating will stay at 1 star.
