Planet42 , company that has no ability for customer service

I am so lost dealing this company. I am forced to raise awareness of this companies ability to rectify my issues. Imagine having paid up with a company but it is now over 6 months later and I am still listed on the credit bureaus. Last month and actually every month for ages now I have complained. The company responds with solutions in the public arena to make everyone think they have customer service and have the capacity to resolve issues. Trust me in my experience this is deception by this company that LOVES to torture their customers with no support no resolutions of the problems. AGAIN this month , I see nothing has been done on my credit report. DESPITE last months promises and the last 6 months promises to resolve this. Anyone doing business with Planet42 be aware you are dealing with the DEVIL.
