Planet42 Clear written statements and communication please

I got a vehicle from Planet42 that I gave back after my initial installment period and made an arrangement to pay off the penalty fee monthly. Despite the arrangement this company is still trying to push through the full installment on a car that was handed back in May already. I was handed over to their attorney for collection, not even the attorney is receiving any feedback from the contacts that she has at the company I have no idea what the outstanding balance is nor do I receive a clear statement from Planet42 showing any outstanding amount. Hence forth I will only communicate with their attorney to try an get the matter resolved as it is jeopardizing me in a number of ways.
