Planet42 formerly carget is not a bad business, I app**** for a car through rent to buy in 2020 March,I paid the deposit and I got the car with a smile. I went from Kuruman to Cape Town for collection, signed all the documents and got the car. I drove back with the car and before I reach Kuruman the car started to have a very thick smoke at the exhaust. I stopped the car and called the dealership who told me to take the car to the workshop in kuruman. I drove being followed by a thick smoke from cape town to kuruman, 1200km, I took the car to the workshop and was told the valve stem seals need to be replaced and I forwarded it to the dealership. They told me it is expensive and cannot pay for it, they even sent me a google video explaining the cause of smoke in the BMW saying I should drive back to the workshop and show them. I called Carget ( Planet42), asking for assistance, emailed with little assistance, they gave me the insurance and warranty name and my policy number, I called, emailed and SMSed with no assistant, I drove back from workshop and on my way home, the power steering pump failed. I paid for the pick up truck to take my car home, called, emailed and SMSed with no luck. I decided to stop driving the car but pad my monthly installment until 2021 November. That's when Planet42 wanted to know why and I explained to them again, they tried to assist me but the Innovation Group that they use is totally useless. They never assisted until I surrendered the car to Planet42. I still loved my car, but because of the Insurance and the Motor warranty they are linked with, I lost my lovely car of which I was paying R8500.00 per month.
