planet42 bad review

I am sherring this review as i dont know how i feel or express my feelings .i am a subscriber at planet 42 menlyn mall at first i was happy with the services and how quick i was assisted little did i know today i will be frastrated .i subcribed a Renault Cleo 2017 model took it in november for my son to start uber buisness he drove it for 3weeks and out of the blue the car got stuck .i then called for assistance we where towed frm where he got stuck to home little did i knw the process when claiming frm the insurence prolonged .what makes me angry is i am paying for this car while it is still at the work shop frm november end till todate i have been making follow ups with no positive feedback i am so fed up and want nothing to to with this car any more and what the do is to debit frm my account full instament which i find it unfair
