Planet42 - Abysmal service

I have logged a previous complaint and I have had no response. I have been with them for over two years, never missed a payment, and again this month, I am being harassed for payment. They list me on ITC as being in arrears, but payments have been debited every month. No one responds to my complaint and no one bothers to come back to me despite the complaints on this platform. Bianca, themba and Thando - your customer service skills are abysmal. Someone must come back to me immediately ..
