Planet42 a whole new mess on the century

This comes right after Planet42 swopped a faulty vehicle for me. The permit they had issued expired on 02.05.24 and since then my request for the registration papers to be couriered to my address has fallen on deaf ears with Zoreen and Claudia promising to speedily attend to this matter daily but each week ends with no action from any of the team members at Planet42.

To say their after sales is a disaster is an understatement. There needs to be a serious overhaul in the entire business model offering which has a lot of flaws and loop holes leaving clients frustrated and in need for answers with no one willing to provide such.

Another week will go by without a new permit or registration papers being sent, meaning by law the vehicle cannot be on the road but next week their debit order will have to go out as per legal binding while they do not seemingly wish to account for anything of their own doing.

It cannot be business as normal while you continue with your failure in taking action for things within your reach.
