Planet42 a rip-off, broken cars, ridiculous service

I bought a car through Planet42 in November 2022 and ever since the delivery of the car I've been experiencing multiple problems that cost me thousands of rands monthly to fix it. In June, while driving on the highway the car just died down and had to be towed home. On 27 June I wrote to Planet42 requesting cancellation of the contract as clearly I'm just working at a loss, expected to pay hefty amounts in monthly instalments and at the same time fixing the car with every cent I touch. They requested that I send them a quote of the current problem, and the quote amounted to R107 000 that's how bad this car is costing me. I sent them a quote on 1 August. Immediately after seeing how much it costs to fix the car, they sent me messages and e-mails saying they're terminating the contract. I mean I've asked them in June already to cancel this stupid contract as I won't be paying for a car that I'm spending so much on fixing. Now they come with some termination nonsense and wants me to take the car that's not even moving to one of their dealers. Why didn't they cancel this contract when I asked them to? Were they expecting me to pay for something that's just standing and helping me with nothing? I need them to come and take this stupid car and stop threatening me with some termination letters. This business takes too much advantage of innocent people. You can't even contact them on a phone. You sent an e-mail to one mailbox you get a complete different e-mail from another mailbox. It's like everyone is just doing their own thing without proper communication internally. I can send a proof of payment today, the next day I receive an sms and e-mail requesting for payment. It's just so ridiculous. I'm tired dealing with these people, I just want them to come take their car PERIOD!
