Please be very carefull when dealling with Planet42,as someone who does has alot of experience with them,I would not reffer my enemy to them,as Ive mentioned before this people gave me a vehicle wich had a mechanical warrenty witch Ive paid every month,when the vehicle had issues and I had to claim from them,they kept me in vein for Months,so Ive returned the vehicle,now they still harrest me,I hate Planet42

Good day Shawn,

Thank you for taking our call earlier today.

Please be advised that as per the signed rental agreement the vehicle is sold with a warranty. Due to unfortunate circumstances the warranty provider went under curatorship. Planet42 asked for quotes in regards to the repairs required which we have not received. You returned the vehicle and as per the signed rental agreement you are liable for a termination penalty. Our collections department has been trying to contact you to arrange for payment on the outstanding amount.

As you can see now,this is the kind off responses that they always sent ,Ive submitted the qoutes for repairs December 2023 and again January 2022 the repair shop also submitted the qoutes,but you bluntly refuse,so since you again call me a ****,I sent proof of that emails and qoutes and post them on this platform,this is exactly what I was talking about,the way that you always look for exuses

And as Ive mentioned this morning on the phone,why are you eager now to talk on the phone,but since vehicle was at repair shop you couldnt call,so as Ive mentioned,pay me my installments the mechanichal warrenty money,the fault finding and storage fees
