Hi I have a problem with planet42 I've been writing to them letting them know about car that I got, it has a lot of issues and they are not willing to help they telling me that the agent will contact me that's it. It's been 3 months now they've been deducting from my account and the car is still standing, I just want to cancel with them that's all.
