Planet42-🤬

Payment was made in 2 instalment towards Planet42 and I did send them proof of payment,1st one was on the 25th Feb and the 2nd one on the 25th March,I also requested acknowledgment of receipt and no one got back to me,now this morning I woke up to a very rude email saying I did not honor the arrangement,I paid all the money owed to them cause I wanted to get rid these people but it seems like someone there is not doing their job,can I please get my settlement letter and not rude emails saying I owe them money
