planet 42 with CHS their insurance is a ****

I bought the vehicle from January February I got accident since then I m paying something that I m not using it’s been four months now without a vehicle their insurance authorised no follow up with the repairer ,I am calling the repairer almost every day with no help Can someone from Planet 42 can do a follow up please I m stranded with transport to work hence I m still paying every month I don’t skip even a month
