Planet 42 useless
Bought a vehicle through Planet 42. After 2 weeks vehicle broekw down completely. Took back to dealer. Every week the vehicle needs to go back for repairs...only had the vehicle for 1 week every month then it break down. Now Planet want to charge me cancelation fees of almost R30 000.

As per the signed rental agreement you are liable for a cancellation penalty.
You had taken the vehicle back to the dealership in April, we sent you the requirements for the cancellation and you did not respond since then.
We kept sending you emails advising the vehicle has been repaired and ready for collection however you did not respond to it. You are liable for the cancellation penalties.

And everytime the dealer had a different explanation but the faults were never fixed.
I even wanted to ask planet42 to get me a different vehicle from a different dealership becaise it was the dealer that was the problem. But everytime a different agent at Planet42 and everytime a different investigation. But never an answer from Planet42.
Now they want cancelation fees, i dont want to cancel, I want and deserve a beter vehicle.
And everytime the dealer had a different explanation but the faults were never fixed.
I even wanted to ask planet42 to get me a different vehicle from a different dealership becaise it was the dealer that was the problem. But everytime a different agent at Planet42 and everytime a different investigation. But never an answer from Planet42.
