Planet 42 taking advantage of their clients

I entered in to a contractual agreement with Planet 42 and cancelled the contract after 11mnths close to a year even though their contracts stipulates that u can cancel the contract anytime after 6 months, they refused to cancel the debit order even though my cancellation letter was sent to them on the 28th December 2024, they deducted January and still continued to deduct for February 2025 even now they haven't stopped the debit order and unfortunately even my bank couldn't assist me(FNB).

Planet 42 is the worst and I have had the worst experience with them
