Planet 42 rental car, misleading

The service on processing and receiving your vehicle is hassle free. However the contract states that the vehicle is subject to a 6 months rental contract Thereafter this converts to purchase from the 7th month. Should you wish to return the vehicle within the rental period you will receive a penalty up to 6 months installments. You cannot return the vehicle despite it being a rental, without a penalty. And should you return the vehicle, and make an agreement to pay the penalty they will continue to debit your account for the initial installment amount. The bank cannot reverse or stop a debit order from Planet 42. Leaving them with full control over your bank account, despite having a payment arrangement in place. Leaving one no option but to have my bank account closed. There is no response to my request to cancel the debit order or to have it reversed,after several e mails.
