Planet 42 Poor Service

I have been with planet 42 for years. The last few months I have experienced such issues with their accounts department. This month, I have paid. The money went off my account, and despite that, again, I am inundated with calls and messages telling me I’m in arrears ? I don’t understand the problem, or how a company can find it this difficult to resolve and note a payment. No one returns calls or emails. And you hold for hours on the phone and no one answers. You just cannot get any service out of these people.
