Planet 42 pending payment ... extra debt on my debit orders.

Planet 42 did respond back to my query although it did not realized as yet. They have put me as pensioner in so bad situation that my debit orders did not go through as i had been deducted almost R9600. I have to carry all bank costs.

An excuse is easy to say but do they suffer the consequences.

I hope for the best that they have cancelled the debit order as im not giving further approval for deduction and to block it. Really dissapointed as you just have to wait for one day.
