Planet 42 **** over priced no service

I have a long story and I hope and pray you don't aply at this **** because you will have trouble. I got the car in April 2023 and immediately there was issues the car had a noise so I took it in at my mechanic bearing noise so I had It fixed the insurance didn't pay it and didn't want to pay it so 6 months later a branch fell on the car at a shopping center minor damage to roof but it's still dented took them until November to figure out ok they will fix it but access is R7.5k ok in the mean time16 November the car gets rear ended at a red robot let them tow the car. I only get an official communication today 21 December the have debited me twice since the accident and now they expect me to pay take note I didn't cause the accident they expect me to pay access of R20k and if I don't pay they will put dept collections on me after they took there money on 11 December i must decide before 28 December. The brake down there is no set access they make up amounts as they go along and they don't care who is responsible for damages you are held liable. The what's app service stoped working in October but the adds are flowing in. Please stay clear of this company there are way better rent to own company's and if you don't want to pay an arm and an leg save
