Planet 42 is wrongfully slandering my credit reputation

I have still not received any feedback from you, and now I am being contacted by your lawyer demanding payment for an account I do not have—after Planet 42 wrongfully listed my name at the credit bureau for an outstanding debt.

Your call centre continuously drops calls while we wait on the line, so at this stage I am genuinely unsure whether Planet 42 is operating as a legitimate and accountable business.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the defamation of my character, the incorrect credit listing against my name, and the complete lack of resolution over the past 11 months. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and reputational damage, and it remains entirely unresolved despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

I demand an urgent response as well as a telephonic update before the close of business today.
