PLANET 42 IS UNPROFFESIONAL

I app**** for finance for a car from a car dealership OH MY CARS in Pretoria.It was an only application.After a week he called me in to say I was approved ,and I signed the deal and tested the car I wanted a BMW, 320.I paid the required deposit.

After one week the salesman called me and said I was not approve they needed more money as deposit.And he said I must not worry he got me another car a Fiat.

After two weeks on a Saturday around 11 am he said I must come to pick up the car ,I went to see the car and I saw it was an old Fiat 2003 model , He said I can test drive the car and if not happy I can bring it on Monday.So I took the car ,As I was test driving the car I saw that all doors don't lock,no spare wheel,brakes are no good,no radio.I took the car back but the garage was closed.

First thing on Monday I took the car back to the dealer ship.

After one week I started receiving harrassing phone calls from Planet42 ,emails and messages none stop demanding I must pay them I owe them money

I explained to them that the car is by the dealership but they don't listen to what I say.
