Planet 42 in breach of contract

My father had had an accident with a vehicle that he is renting to buy from planet 42 the car us obviously insured and has gone in for repairs, my father had gotten a call today to state that the car is ready and he can pay the excess on the car for the insurance, my wife and I have assisted in the payment, only to find out that planet 42 has debited an amount of R7000 from my father's account which is the money that was supposed to be paid for the excess on the insurance, his car is ready and we had planned that we will go pick the car up tomorrow morning as we made arrangements with the company repairing the vehicle, they are in breach of contract as the debit order is only for the 21st of each month today is the 14th he only get paid on the 21st we have tried to contact planet 42 countless times in the past hour. We need the money in back into my father's accounts and we refuse to wait the 7 days this is not our fault they are in breach of their contract and we refuse to now pay storage fees either
