PLANET 42 IM SO DISSAPOINTED

I have rented a car via this company. I got it in April and since then have only driven it for about 4 weeks. Mechanically the car is faulty and now they will not assist. It is clear the dealer knew - the car has now been with them to "fix"; while I am out here with no car! no communication as I have sent numerous emails to cancel this deal!!!

this morning I had a brake failure - to say I am saddened and traumatized is an understatement. I have written to a George and requested a termination of this deal as it clearly does not serve me.
