Planet 42 don't care about their services delivery only about money

I am having the worst time of my life, I bought a car @cars and bakkies in springs in May 2023. Since day 1, this car has been giving us problems, it's been 3 months down the line and we still having problems, car is more at the workshop than with us, the workshop is struggle to find the problem for 3 months of working on this vehicle, with no luck not sure if they even worked on the vehicle at all, no one is helping us fix this problem, the only reason why they keep on phoning is for outstanding installments and arreas, so what I want to know is, how does one pay a car that you don't even drive or have because it's the 20th of September 2023 today and the car has been at the workshop for the last 3 weeks, without anyone even working on it, if possible can someone pls advice me what to do, so that someone can help me out of this whole mess pls
