Planet 42 didn't give me my paid up letter or change of ownership

I settled my payments with them last October 2023 and sent through details via email to get the paid up letter and the change of ownership.

I received an email confirming that they have received the documents but I still haven't received my paid up letter and the change of ownership has not been process.

I have since emailed the office numerous times and in all those cases never got a response and when I try call their landline it just hangs up without going through.

It's funny that their reponse is so slow but when I was still owing they would call numerous times in a day.

I feel that Planet 42 are ****mers, unreliable and show very poor customer service
