Planet 42 damaged car

Good Day

I was given a car that was in terrible conditions. I complained to the dealer but nothing happened. I reported that matter to Planet42 and they towed the car to their near RMI mechanic 1st week December 2023.

I had to pay for the diagnosis because the warranty didn't cover it. Now the RMI me mechanic informed of the mechanical issues the car has and that the warranty is not covering that and now I have to pay over R11000.00

I have been paying my monthly installment and yet I don't have a car I'm using public transport and now it's February 2024. I am deeply disappointed with the way Planet 42 does things. Planet 42 had completely inconvenienced me as I am having difficulties dropping and fetching my children from school and now I have to walk to work yet they deduct their monthly installment on time. Planet 42 dealer gave me a car knowing that it had mechanical issues now they expect me to pay for repairs on an already damaged which I didn't damage. I am utterly disgusted by how they treat me as their customer and would never recommend Planet 42 to anyone because this is day light *******. I even asked for them to give me another car but they refuse. Don't use Planet42 even when you call them they will take you from pillar to post and give you a damaged car knowingly
