10 Sept 2024, 07:14As in previous review I still don't have an answer as too why the price of the vhechle is higher than 3 years ago and why I only get 24 hours to buy it . Also you refused to accept any payment from me but would rather dump me in further financial trouble. . Also I did not receive any more emails from you as promised yesterday. You welcome to reply in public

11 Sept 2024, 09:22Thank you for the agent call . I understand that the contract is canceled but the buying price of the vhechle in question is higher that what the purchuches price was 3 years ago . . All vhecheles go down in value how can this one go up ? Also no one knows what the condition of above vhechele is . These questions can't be answered by a lady that don't know the vhechle. . I suggest we get a decent quotation on value of vhechle as I have to take this to the ombudsman . . As it's ******* to just dump a vhechle on the market and then the client is acspected to pay outstanding balance

13 Sept 2024, 10:44I understand your concerns regarding the vehicle’s buyout price. I’d like to clarify that the buyout price is not based on the original purchase price of the vehicle. Instead, it’s the value agreed upon in your contract for the vehicle at the end of the rental term.
Additionally, I would advise you to refer to the terms of your contract, as it clearly outlines the buyout price is determined over the rental period. This should provide further clarity on how the final value was calculated and agreed upon when the contract was signed.
Regarding the vehicle’s current condition, pre-inspections are standard practice and ensure a fair assessment before finalizing any agreements. I understand your frustration about the difference between the vehicle’s purchase price three years ago and its buyout price now. While vehicles typically depreciate, certain factors in your contract may influence the buyout value.
If you have any further queries you may contact us on ***
