Planet 42 cannot be helpful and supportive to me as a customer, I can't sleep daily mourning that I'm paying so much money for a s**** Chevrolet Sonic I can't even take it for roadworthy testing

Hi! I got the car from planet 42 on the 15 January 2024 . I paid deposit 9000.. on the 25 same month car refused to go to gear no. 2 and 4. I've report it I've never enjoyed the car since then , the towed a car from my house for repairs on the 5th of Feb it only came back on the 13 Feb I've started driving the car car on the 16feb now to the car is having a lot of sounds, I've called planet 42 explaining the car has a problem I took back to the workshop on the 20th of Feb , u can send emails at planet 42. U won't be rep****. U call them u . U will wait more than 20min before you can find an urgent. . I cannot have the car for less than a month and is giving me so much problems and I have to pay R8950.every month . Already 9000 deposit is going without even enjoying the car because is at the workshop. This is not on . If I tell planet 42 that m cancelling everything m bringing back the car . They told me I can't do that because m liable to pay for 6 months even if the car goes for repairs now and then . I have been bul**** by them as if I have no rights .
